Night Manager

 

Main Duties:-

 

1.     Responsible for all hotel operation during night shift.

2.     Follow up late arrival check in and early check out procedures.

3.     Arrange for late arrivals meal plans and arrangement.

4.     Follow up wake-up calls system and regulations.

5.     Solve guest problems and make ease their receiving of hotel services.

6.     Run a smooth operation during the whole night.

7.     Follow up outlets closing procedures after day operations.

8.     Prepare for the cleanliness of the whole areas and arrange the hotel for next day operations.

9.     Check the VIP lists for in-house guests and due to check-in.

10.  Check the breakfast buffet and apply the quality measures of hygiene, perfect presentation and signage, for early breakfast orders and for normal operation times.

11.  High level of leadership to the hotel man-power during the night shift and ease operations in all outlets in preparing for the next day operations.

12.  Report to the higher level of management the achievements and the points to be followed up during the day operations.

13.  Evaluate the performance of the night shift personnel and report to the top management about bonus and penalty systems and promotions.

14.  Apply security standards and emergency situations for guests and hotel personnel.

15.  Proper connections with the other hotel in the local community to solve any critical problems that may evolve during night that can affect the hotel operation in night or next day operations.

16.  Any other job requirements for the improvement of hotel services.
