Switch-Board Supervisor
Main Duties:-
1. Handle the guest calls according to the hotel policy and procedures.
2. Responsible for transferring the incoming calls to the hotel even guest or management team or hotel staff.
3. Handle the guest wake-up calls.
4. Proper actions in case of emergencies.
5. Source of information to the callers from outside.
6. Other job requirements recommended by the front office management.
